a first, but windy Spring day
To stretch my back (I suffered for back pain last week) I walked a classic route, alongside the Albert canal between Vroenhoven en Kanne (Belgium) and climbed back over Cannerberg hill, where I met the former forester of Canne forest, and his wife. He a 103 years old, she 100 this year. They still live on the hill in a small cabin, that is theirs as long as one of them lives. Must be a healthy life up there.
