Living on a tripod ;-) In the Netherlands, but bordering to Flanders and Walloon; however, to be honest: Walloon is a bit further, still in walking distance though. That is where they speak French, and still there are only a few on this side of the border, who speak that language properly. For the best viewing results go to my YouTube channel.
